The PASSHE and APSCUF negotiations teams met on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Discussions centered on the possibility of an interim (short-term) agreement; however, there remain significant differences with regard to compensation, healthcare, and distance education, among other substantive issues. The legislature is expected to pass a final budget before the parties meet again on July 23 at the Dixon Center in Harrisburg.
