Negotiators met for the third time in four days to continue working toward an agreement between the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Discussion of minor issues began at 10 a.m. and as of about 7:30 p.m. was slated to continue into the evening at a neutral location. The parties are scheduled to reconvene tomorrow and continue meeting throughout the week.

Faculty and coach contracts expired June 30, 2015. Negotiations have been ongoing since late 2014.

APSCUF represents about 5,500 faculty and coaches at the State System universities: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester Universities of Pennsylvania.
