Testimony Delivered During “Keep Tuition Affordable” Committee Hearing

On Wednesday, Aug. 15, APSCUF Vice President Dr. Kenneth Mash testified before the State Government Committee about Rep. Brad Roae’s “Keep Tuition Affordable” legislative package. The legislation is a direct assault on Pennsylvania’s public higher education institutions.
