The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) and State System negotiators met today, Friday, March 20, 2015 at the APSCUF office in Harrisburg. The two sides primarily discussed the financial health of the State System and briefly discussed retrenchment. The negotiators will meet again on April 10, 2015 at the Dixon University Center in Harrisburg.
