Faculty contract negotiations continued today between the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) and Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education. The negotiation teams discussed assistant department chairs at consolidated universities, continuing education, and evaluations.
The teams are slated to meet again May 19. The current four-year contract expires June 30, 2023.
APSCUF represents about 5,000 faculty and coaches at the State System campuses: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester.
