Coach-contract negotiations scheduled for today were canceled. Negotiations teams from the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties are slated to resume talks Tuesday, July 26.
Negotiations have been ongoing since late 2014. The collective bargaining agreement between the parties expired one year ago today.
The Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties represents about 5,500 faculty and coaches at the State System universities: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester Universities of Pennsylvania.
