Negotiations between Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) are continuing. The news embargo announced Saturday afternoon will remain in effect through the duration of the current round of talks, including into Monday should the talks be extended. Neither side will discuss any details involving the negotiations nor make any statements related to the negotiations during the period of this embargo.
