Talks are continuing into the evening in today’s contract-negotiations session between the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and the union representing Pennsylvania’s state-owned universities’ faculties. The teams are scheduled to meet tomorrow at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties will issue a press release after that session concludes.
